House of Spooks ~ Halloween Special

Hey guys. Happy Halloween! I'm super proud of this story, I just love how it turned out, and I hope you guys enjoy it too. I just give a really quick thank you to my awesome neighbors for letting me shot in this old house on their land. ❤️ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Any aces?" "Nope, go fish." "Hey, Em! You ready to go?" Emerson asked as she and Candy walked into the kitchen. Emily turned in her seat, "Emerson, I already told you, you're fourteen years old I'm sixteen years old. I'm not taking you trick-or-treating." "But Emily, Candy is still thirteen. This is her last chance to go out on Halloween, but her mom said she could only go if I went with her, and Mom said I can only go if you go!" Emerson argued. "Yeah, but Janet and I have plans." Emily replied. 'Where you going to play 'Go Fis

What a Way to Waste a Day ~ Short Photo Story

Hello everyone, and welcome to chapter 2 of 'Megan is Crazy'!
Hehe, JK.
So, for the last two weeks, my Saturdays have been spent, not at the ski hill but at the pool.
Long story short, now I'm a certified ALG (Assistant Lifeguard) and I've applied for a job, so we'll see what happens!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this short story I put together. :)

~~~
The video Claire and Lanie had been watching had ended, and Claire was about to put on another, when Lanie sighed.
"What's up?" Claire asked her.
"Well, it's just... we've been watching YouTube all day... I was just thinking that there are better ways to waste a day."
Claire snorted. "Like what?"
"Well..."
"Remember Amy's old Rainbow Loom? What if we learned how to make stuff on it? Think of all the pretty things we could make!"
"Or painting. I'm sure Heather from next door has an old watercolour kit she'd let us use."
Lanie giggled. "I'm sure you'd be great at it."
Claire chuckled too.
"Reading is a great way to pass the time!"
"Maybe we could learn to knit."
"It would be fun and practical!"
"Or we might be able to play with the other's toys."
"We could spend time with the animals too! They could always use some love."
"Or we could try baking cookies."
"And we would get to eat them later."
"You see?! There are so many other things we could do today!" Lanie finished.
"Yeah." Claire agreed, "Except for one thing."
"What?"
"It's time for bed."
And both Lanie and Claire began to laugh.
The End
Bloopers:
"Claire? What are you doing?"
"I'm having a bit of trouble, OK?"
~~~

"Why are you touching my books?!"
"Um, they aren't really yours..."
"All of the books are mine!!!"
"Ooookay."

~~~
"No! Mischief! You just ran through the paint!"
"Meow meow meow."
Translation: "Ha ha ha!!!"
~~~
So that's it!
I hope you guys enjoyed.:)
I hope to have another short story like this ready for next week.
See ya!

  2. This is a cute story. I do agree with Lanie- there are much better ways to waste a day than watching YouTube. My favourite is reading. I have accidentally wasted far too many days doing that.

  3. I loved this! It was the perfect length, not too long, not too short.
